2. Services
Estheva Aesthetics provides eyebrow threading, body waxing, sugaring, facials, henna art, and Ayurvedic head massage services at our studio located at 1906 Fremont Blvd, Seaside, CA 93955.
Service availability, pricing, and treatment options may change without notice. Current prices are always listed on our website.
3. Appointments & Walk-Ins
- Booking: Appointments can be booked online via Booksy or by calling (831) 383-8789.
- Walk-ins: Walk-in clients are welcome and served on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability.
- Punctuality: Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment or the need to reschedule.
4. Cancellations & No-Shows
We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us as much notice as possible so we can offer your time slot to another client. Repeated no-shows may result in booking restrictions.
5. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are inclusive of the service provided
- Payment is due at the time of service
- We accept cash, Zelle, and Venmo
- Prices are subject to change; the price listed on the website at the time of booking applies
6. Health & Safety
To ensure the best results and your safety, please inform your technician of any:
- Skin conditions (eczema, psoriasis, dermatitis)
- Allergies or sensitivities
- Medications you are using (especially retinoids, blood thinners, or Accutane)
- Recent cosmetic procedures (chemical peels, laser treatments, microdermabrasion)
- Pregnancy
Estheva Aesthetics reserves the right to refuse service if we believe a treatment may pose a health risk to you.
7. Results & Satisfaction
We strive for excellent results with every treatment. If you are unsatisfied with your service, please speak with us during or immediately after your appointment so we can address your concerns. Due to the nature of beauty treatments, results may vary between individuals.
8. Liability
Estheva Aesthetics takes all reasonable care during treatments. However, we are not liable for adverse reactions if you have:
- Failed to disclose relevant medical or skincare information
- Not followed pre- or post-treatment care instructions
- Experienced a reaction due to a pre-existing, undisclosed condition
